There are other ways to explore.

Life can feel overwhelming: HSC pressure, relationships, work, family or a big change. You may know exactly what's wrong, or just sense that something doesn't feel right. Or perhaps you want to understand yourself better.

You don't need the answers,
or even the right words, to begin.

Talking is an important part of therapy. But sometimes another way of exploring helps too.

In Sandtray Therapy, you use sand and small figures to show what's going on inside, without needing to explain it all first.

I combine it with counselling and psychotherapy, working collaboratively and at your pace.

A space to slow down, make sense of what you're feeling, and find what you need.

Tanja is warm, perceptive and professional. She adapts to each person’s unique needs without judgement, supporting our neurodiverse family through anxiety, life transitions and personal challenges. Sandtray therapy helped my daughters express what words couldn’t. We’re incredibly grateful for her support and couldn’t recommend her more highly.

Tanja created a warm, safe and non-judgemental space where I felt comfortable expressing myself, even when words were difficult. Sandtray therapy helped me explore what was going on inside and find my own way forward. Each session was tailored to my needs, and I felt supported every step of the way.
